My focus
My role within the project is to bring the hospitality layer into the concept and support the team in translating high-end hospitality principles into the member experience: integrating hospitality thinking into the overall concept, structuring the 360° digital guest and member journey, translating key hospitality touchpoints into meaningful moments for members, and ensuring that the experience feels intentional, personal and consistent across digital and physical interactions.
