Commercial activities across sales, marketing and revenue were not always aligned. Teams were busy, but priorities were not always clear and decisions were often reactive.

My focus
Working closely with leadership and the commercial teams, my focus was to bring greater clarity and structure to the commercial organisation: aligning sales, marketing and revenue priorities, creating transparency around commercial performance, structuring decision and reporting processes, and helping teams focus on the initiatives that drive the majority of revenue impact.
