Over the past decade, my work in hospitality has consistently moved between two worlds: strategic direction and operational reality.
Six years as Managing Director at 12.18. Hotel Management, combined with commercial leadership roles across sales, marketing and revenue, shaped the way I understand hotels: through people, systems and performance.

I’ve led commercial transformation across multiple assets and stakeholders, working with owners, investors and leadership teams to align strategy, rebuild commercial structures and integrate digital infrastructure that supports real decisions.
My background blends commercial strategy, operational design and digital capability – always focused on clarity, alignment and measurable impact.
What has defined my career is the combination of analytical thinking, structured execution and a human approach to leadership. I work through honest conversations, clear priorities and routines that make daily work easier while strengthening performance across the entire commercial engine.
